Discover Scuba Diving in Ao Nang, Krabi

A one day, two dive, introductory experience aimed at introducing Scuba Diving to the absolute beginner. Under the direct supervision of a PADI / SSI professional, you will be patiently guided through all the basic knowledge and skills, required to be comfortable scuba diving around a tropical coral reef. There is a maximum student to instructor ratio of 2:1 to enhance your learning and enjoyment and ensure your safety.

Your initial diving will take place in a swimming pool like environment, however once you've mastered the basics, you'll be allowed to progress down to a depth of 12 metres, if you feel comfortable. 

Prerequisites

Not much! Minimum age 10. You will complete and sign a Discover Scuba Diving / Resort Diver brochure. General health and fitness, basic swimming skills and a sense of fun and adventure.

What’s Included?

PADI / SSI materials, diploma, instructor time, all diving equipment, lunch, snacks and soft drinks onboard our boat, marine park fees and transfers to and from your hotel.

Moving On

One of the scuba dives from the DSD / Resort Diver experience counts towards the Scuba Diver and Open Water Diver qualifications, so you'll already be on your way to getting a basic diving certification.
