ADVENTURES IN DIVING

No Classroom Work, No Tests- Just Diving

The Adventures in Diving program immediately links from the PADI Open Water Diver certification and is a course designed to customise your continuing education to fit your personal interests and demands. You choose various scuba diving activities from a list of electives that include Deep, Dive Propulsion Venicle (DPV), Night, Wreck, Digital Photography, Navigation, Peak Performance Buoyancy and much, much more. Please see our Specialties page for a complete list of available electives.

The Adventures in Diving program offers two different certifications. A scuba diver successfully completing three elective dives will receive the PADI Adventure Diver certification and if you complete three elective dives plus the two core dives ‘Deep’ and ‘UnderWater Navigation’ you will become certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.

An Advanced Open Water Diver will be trained to scuba dive to a depth of 30m (40m with a Deep specialty), which will open up a large portion of the worlds wrecks and more challenging divesites for exploration.
