Diving Courses with Scuba Addicts
At Scuba Addicts dive centre we give you a pace promise, we will NOT rush you to complete your dive course. We do not believe in the 'production line' method of diver training, everybody is an individual, and so we offer a more personalised apprach to scuba diving education, and small instructor to student ratios. Ideally, students should be comfortable in the water and be able to swim to a reasonable level, however anyone can scuba dive, given the right amount of time and encouragement.
Get the Kids Interested..For the younger generation, from 8 -10 years old, we offer the PADI Bubblemaker program which gives children the opportunity to try scuba diving with full, kiddies sized, equipment in a safe and secure, swimming pool environment. Between 10-15, children can qualify as Junior Scuba Divers and/or Junior Open Water Divers which involves mastering the same skills as adult scuba divers and experiencing the same excitement in being beneath the waves. Teaching is more relaxed and demonstration/games focused to account for shorter attention spans and more excitable energy. However, at the end of the day, safety is still the number one priority and we ensure all children have the necessary skills, training and attitude to dive safely as part of a buddy team. |  |
Get the most from your holiday time
We appreciate that most people are in Ao Nang, Krabi on holiday and may not want to spend valuable leisure time in a classroom, even though it is air conditioned and includes free drinks and snacks. You have the option of completing the knowledge development requirements of a dive course at a PADI scuba dive centre in your home country and your qualifying, open water dives with us in the clear, warm waters of the Andaman Sea. PADI E-Learning
In addition, PADI now offers E-Learning which allows you to complete the Knowedge Deveopment sections of the PADI Scuba Diver or PADI Open Water courses, online, at your leisure. For an upfront fee of 120 $US, you will get access to a virtual classrom and online materials, which will allow you to study and complete basic tests, at times that are convenient to you. You can print a record of your completed dive training and bring it with you to Scuba Addicts, and if all the requirements have been met, you will be able to proceed with your inwater training exercises and diving.
